Instead, we restrict access to the kolo platform where we have reason to believe online wagering is prohibited.
Our access controls use geolocation screening to identify your location at account registration and login. If your location falls within a jurisdiction where we have determined online gaming is restricted, we block your access to kolo. Even if you successfully access kolo, you remain solely responsible for verifying that your use complies with your jurisdiction's law. We do not provide legal advice and cannot determine whether your access is lawful in your location.
If we become aware that you are accessing kolo from a prohibited jurisdiction, or if your account activity suggests violation of local law, we may suspend or terminate your account. Any balance in your account may be subject to forfeiture or restricted withdrawal depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
Account eligibility and kolo user requirements
Eligibility to use kolo is determined by the laws of your jurisdiction. Most jurisdictions impose an age threshold — typically 18 or 21 — below which gaming is prohibited. We collect your date of birth during account registration and verify it as part of our Know-Your-Customer process. By creating a kolo account, you represent that you meet the age and eligibility requirements under the laws that apply to you.
We do not independently verify your age before account creation. We rely on the documents you provide during Know-Your-Customer verification (identity card, passport or driving licence) to confirm your date of birth. If we have reason to believe you are underage or ineligible, we may suspend your account immediately.

You are responsible for understanding these restrictions. If you are subject to any restriction on gaming in your jurisdiction, you must not open a kolo account.

We collect personal information from you as part of account registration and Know-Your-Customer verification. This includes your name, date of birth, residential address, email address, phone number (optional), payment method details and account activity records. We collect this data to comply with anti-money-laundering regulations, prevent fraud, verify your identity, and settle accounts.

Payment methods and kolo account transactions
We accept deposits via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet and direct bank transfer from mobile banking, local payment, online payment and e-wallet. All payment processing is subject to the terms of our payment providers and applicable financial regulations. We do not guarantee subject to verification — deposit timelines vary from minutes for mobile wallets to 1–2 business days for bank transfers.
Withdrawals are subject to account verification and compliance review. We may withhold withdrawals if we detect suspicious activity, anti-money-laundering red flags, or potential violation of your local law. Large withdrawals or accounts with unusual patterns may trigger enhanced review, delaying your cash-out by hours or days. Account suspension and legal compliance on kolo
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict or terminate your kolo account if we have reason to believe you have violated our terms, breached local law, or used the platform for prohibited purposes. Grounds for suspension include but are not limited to: access from a prohibited jurisdiction, providing false identity information, underage account creation, involvement in fraud or money laundering, collusory betting, or circumvention of our controls.
Account suspension may occur without advance notice if we detect serious violations. Upon suspension, your account balance may be frozen pending investigation. If we confirm a violation, your balance may be forfeited or transferred to regulatory authorities as required by law.
Dispute resolution and kolo legal proceedings
Any disputes between you and kolo shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of kolo's jurisdiction of operation. You agree not to pursue legal action against kolo without first exhausting our internal dispute-resolution process. To initiate a dispute, submit your claim to our support team via email with detailed information about your issue. We will investigate and respond within a standard timeframe — typically 5–10 business days for routine disputes, longer for complex matters.
Our decision on dispute resolution is final. We do not offer further appeals beyond our investigation and decision. If you believe kolo has violated applicable law or your legal rights, you may pursue remedies through your local regulatory body or courts, but you agree to first allow us opportunity to resolve the matter internally.
